I am a mother of two, and i am always looking for ideas that my kids can do in the kitchen. These Hotdogs and noodles are perfect. They look so yummy too, for them any ways. Add a little melted velveeta and milk at the end and Voila, total kids meal.

If you cant laugh at yourself then really who can you laugh at? This cake was not my best but hey guys I am human and still learning! To me an utter disaster, to everyone else they loved this lopsided beauty! Happy Birthday Max, Aunt Kristen will do better next year! I promise.

Cake Mix Cookies

I have been so cake minded lately. So when I was asked to bring cookies to my babies church function I wanted to do something fun and new. Some how I still reverted back to cake. I did Chewy Lemon Drops and Chocolate On the Rocks. Here is the funny part, made out of cake mix. Small tip for you bakers who don't know this already: you can add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and two large eggs to any cake mix and you have a yummy cookie dough. Lemon and Strawberry are my favorites!
