I love getting special requests because i get to try flavor combos that i wouldn't necessarily try on my own. This is my red velvet cake with chocolate frosting, yes, chocolate frosting. Those of you who know my red devil cakes they are always covered in cream cheese. These ones however were not that bad.
About this time every year I begin to crave things that are fresh and fruity; naturally Strawberry Shortcake is always at the top of my list. There is something so simple about the buttery taste of the pound cake mixed with the light fluffy whip cream and and quenching fruit. You cant beat it! I find myself sneaking to the fridge for one more bite! "Hey its healthy it has fruit, Right?"

MMMMMmmm! This is the yummiest! Strawberry cake with little chunks of strawberry baked right in. Topped with a thin layer of cream cheese frosting and then mounded with Chocolate Syrup frosting. Garnished with a hand dipped strawberry for the "wow"factor!
One of the very first recipes that I made that everyone loved and since then it has become an "oldie but goodie." This red velvet cupcake is packed full of chocolate chunks to add a rich chocolaty flavor, and topped with my super sweet cream cheese frosting. This particular one is dressed up to go out on Valentines Day!
This is always a crowd pleaser and whenever I introduce this cupcake to someone new they are always begging for its return! This is a rich fudgy cake with a peanut butter whipped filling, topped with chocolate syrup frosting and garnished with Reese's Peanut Butter cups!
